Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Seasonal Licensed Health Insurance Agent - ACA/Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with Marketplace health insurance plans during the OEP season through calls and chats in both English and Spanish
• Explain medical plan features and support members with cost/plan analysis to identify suitable products
• Engage in sales activities without a commission structure, focusing on providing thorough customer support and education

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Resident Health and Life Insurance Licenses in hand with CE completed
• Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to navigate multiple systems
• Availability to work between 8am-11pm EST, 7 days a week during the season
• Charismatic and persuasive sales skills with a focus on relationship building
