Job Summary

A company is looking for an Academic Counselor for Grades 6-8.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings and support individualized education plans
• Organize and manage school support operations, ensuring timely assistance for student needs
• Conduct progress checks on student grades and academic performance, providing feedback and support

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least one year of successful School Counseling experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required
• Active School Counseling certification with the State of Texas
• Experience using a student information system or database
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and related tools
