Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phlebotomy Subject Matter Expert to assist in designing a phlebotomy certificate program.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly course design meetings with the Learning Design Team
• Collaborate with the working group and LXD team on course design progress and support
• Develop course materials that align with learning objectives, certification requirements, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of phlebotomy clinical experience
• 3+ years of experience teaching phlebotomy in an educational setting
• 3+ years of experience designing phlebotomy training materials
