Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Management Manager for Organizational Change Management (OCM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead change management across the CAPPS program and measure change readiness
  • Support system, business process, and role-based training using a train-the-trainer model
  • Identify and modify department policies and procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years of experience in an organizational change management role
  • 4 years of experience in a lead role for organizational change management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
