Required Qualifications

• 12-15 years of proven experience in BPO within a global complex environment
• Experience managing delivery in the Finance & Accounting space
• Proven track record in delivering transformation projects, including automation and RPA
• Leadership experience in a multicultural environment managing global/regional delivery
• Experience in change management and a transformation mindset
