Tennessee Licensed Associate Pastor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Pastor for an overnight shift (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide biblical counsel and crisis intervention to listeners via phone, maintaining scheduled hours and participating in on-call rotations
• Regularly pray with listeners and respond to prayer requests received through various channels
• Make referrals to local assistance and collaborate with on-air and social media staff as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least six years of pastoral experience or equivalent education and experience
• Knowledge of appropriate counseling methods for various life issues
• Bachelor's and/or Associate Degree in Ministerial or Counseling field from an accredited institution
• Licensed and/or Ordained with a recognized Christian church or denomination
• Commitment to ongoing education in the pastoral/counseling profession
