Temporary Contracts Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a temporary Contracts Manager for its team for a duration of roughly 8 months.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for partnership and sales agreements, including intake, redlining, approvals, and execution
• Draft and revise commercial terms using templates, in coordination with legal counsel
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on contract positions and approvals, while tracking contracts and maintaining organized documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of contracts management experience, ideally in a tech or fintech environment
• Familiarity with a range of commercial agreements, including technology integrations and merchant sales contracts
• Experience with CLM tools and collaborative document management
• Bachelor's degree required; legal training is a plus
• A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to work independently
