Telecommunications Porting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Telecommunications Porting Specialist in Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and submit orders to carriers & vendors for installations, moves, changes, and disconnects of telephone numbers and products
  • Resolve porting issues and track provisioning orders throughout their life cycle, communicating statuses to stakeholders
  • Participate in status calls and support customer inquiries related to number/product provisioning and management
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in provisioning telecommunications and porting DDIs
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Teams
  • Understanding of local voice telecommunications services, including VOIP and SIP
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to established processes
