Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical operations and drive continuous improvement within assigned technology areas
• Address and resolve technical issues while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Plan and execute departmental technical projects, monitoring expenses and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
• Comprehensive knowledge of primary technology areas, preferably in a healthcare environment
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in job duties
