Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Implementations Specialist to configure, deploy, and maintain client and internal platforms using no-code and low-code tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy internal and client platforms, building workflows and automations
• Prototype use cases, support QA testing, and analyze platform performance for improvements
• Create and maintain technical documentation and resolve support tickets for updates and fixes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technology/AI solution deployment
• Hands-on experience with low-code platforms and automation tools
• Experience working with APIs and performing system-level integrations
• Experience configuring and managing automation and CRM tools
