Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate II to provide technical assistance to end-users of their systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the front line for customers to deescalate and solve technical issues
  • Utilize OVRC remote management and provide guidance on various installation issues
  • Participate in beta testing of new products and provide actionable feedback
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the Custom Installation industry
  • Certification in Control4, Crestron, Savant, URC, or Elan
  • Hands-on experience with surveillance and audio/video technology solutions
  • Strong aptitude for troubleshooting across multiple product categories
  • Familiarity with IoT, networking, and home automation technologies
