Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bilingual in Spanish & English is highly desired
  • High School Diploma/GED is required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare setting is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment managing inbound calls is required
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and understanding of health plan benefits is strongly preferred
