Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative I.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to phone, email, and chat inquiries from customers
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with software installations
• Document issues and collaborate with the Engineering team to resolve customer problems

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Familiarity with web-based technologies and database concepts
• Experience with operating systems and troubleshooting skills
• Programming or IT/Sys Admin experience is a plus
