Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Gold Customer Service Representative Bilingual Spanish English.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers by resolving inbound phone calls regarding renewals, coverage, billing, and policy changes
• Analyze customer and agent needs to ensure satisfaction and retention of business
• Provide guidance on insurance products and services through upselling and cross-selling

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 months related work experience, preferably in customer service
• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle confidential information and pass state-specific insurance tests
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
