A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receives inbound client inquiries via phone, web chat, email, and online ticket
  • Creates case logs, records information, establishes resolution time, and escalates complex issues
  • Troubleshoots software application problems and guides clients through technical issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments
  • Knowledge and familiarity with mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads)
  • Ability to document, track, and monitor issues to a timely resolution
  • 1 year of PC desktop support or technical support experience with client contact
  • Associates/Bachelors strongly preferred
