Key Responsibilities

• Process multi-channel messages related to patient and physician requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience required
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
• Computer proficiency, including ability to navigate multiple programs and screens
• Ability to work in a team environment and assist with training new hires
