Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Service Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze data from cardiac implantable electronic devices
• Provide timely results and technical information to facilities and callers
• Document customer contacts and complaints for tracking and reporting purposes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or an advanced degree
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience with cardiac implantable electrical devices preferred
• Call center or customer service experience is beneficial
• Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations is a plus
