Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Client Services to provide operational leadership for client service professionals within the Patient Support Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturer program operations and manage client relationships
• Coordinate daily workflow with program directors, managers, and care managers
• Examine metrics and reporting for all program activity and facilitate communication across departments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a Healthcare Call Center
• Strong understanding of the Specialty Pharmacy industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Business acumen related to the healthcare environment
