Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects related to hardware implementation and end user outreach
• Engage with stakeholders on program strategy, risk reporting, and analysis
• Oversee enhancements to asset tracking platforms and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma and 10 years of experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active secret clearance
• 5+ years of technical project management experience, with 2 years in asset management or IT service management (ITSM)
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes and CMDB structures
• Experience managing enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow or BMC Helix
