Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead customer implementation and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape methodology, best practices, and standards for the Program Management Office
• Lead billable customer engagements and act as the key point of contact between internal teams, partners, and customers
• Own project planning, timelines, scope, budget, and risk management across multiple customer engagements

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical project or program management
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong understanding of BI, data analytics, or software development lifecycles
• Exceptional skills in resource planning, budgeting, and vendor/partner management
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
