Technical Editor and Document Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Document Specialist to support deliverable preparation, review, and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, edit, and format technical reports and proposals for grammar, structure, clarity, and consistency
  • Utilize advanced MS Word features to format documents according to templates and style guides
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to understand deliverable requirements and deadlines


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a relevant field; Science and Mathematics preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience required
  • Experience proofreading documents for errors and verifying accuracy
  • Familiarity with Adobe PDF and document formatting
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
