Medical Editor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Editor in Medical Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead editorial work for assigned accounts, including medical editing and fact checking
• Prepare submissions of pharmaceutical marketing materials, ensuring compliance with MLR processes
• Collaborate with account teams to improve internal routing processes and represent the department in meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Life Science, Regulatory, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of editing experience in the medical communication, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
• At least 1 year of experience in the advertising and/or pharmaceutical marketing industry preferred
• Experience editing publications such as manuscripts and posters is preferred
