Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager - Level 2 API Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Level 2 support team for continuous operation of critical API services
  • Oversee incident and problem management, ensuring root cause analysis and preventive measures are implemented
  • Develop and manage support schedules and resource allocation to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or operations management role, with at least 3 years in API support
  • Proficiency in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience in developing and managing support schedules
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and API management platforms
