A company is looking for a Technical Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business units to identify requirements and deliver technology solutions
• Support new technologies and enhance existing systems as assigned
• Participate in project teams, providing testing and go-live support for solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong technical background is essential
• Preferred experience includes 1 year of IS hardware/network project management
• Familiarity with Electronic Faxing Solutions, Active Directory, PKI, and Microsoft 365
