Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success / Technical Account Management General Interest Application.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices to customers
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction through targeted interventions and community engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations and advocate for customer needs
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles for Associate TAM; 3+ years for Technical Account Manager; 5+ years for Regional Manager
  • Understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
