Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Majors & Enterprise (Mid-Atlantic).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction
  • Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with engineering and support teams to resolve escalations efficiently
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with preferred CSP level certifications
  • Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and associated security considerations
  • Proven track record of building relationships with enterprise clients and driving customer success
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
