A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks and provide guidance to junior software engineers while monitoring their performance
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from needs analysis to software design, testing, and development
• Establish technical direction, resolve disagreements, and ensure quality in team deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in the entire software development lifecycle
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, .NET, or Python
• Experience with hardware, systems, and coding
• Ability to troubleshoot software issues and debug large databases
