Team Lead Credentialing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead Credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the credentialing team and provide supervision and support
• Review and submit credentialing applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Act as a liaison between the credentialing team and other departments to resolve issues and support onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in credentialing or medical staff services required
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• CPCS or CPMSM certification through NAMSS preferred
• In-depth knowledge of credentialing standards and processes
