Global Learning & Development Intern

Quantis’ Talent team strives to support the continuous growth and evolution of the company. We are looking for an HR intern to assist our Global Learning & Development Lead. Based in our Paris office, your  main mission will be to support the team on Learning & Development topics. You may also be asked to provide support to other HR teams on topics such as Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Reporting.  

As our Learning & Development Intern, with the support of the Learning & Development Lead, you will be working on: 

• Supporting the design and execution of training programs
• Coordinating logistics of the L&D events and tracking attendance
• Helping with the identification of training needs and creation of learning pathways with LMS/LXP tools
• Monitoring the effectiveness of our learning programs
• Providing support for the global onboarding program
• Preparing engaging internal communication around our programs
• Special HR Projects (ad hoc support, depending on the needs)

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IF: 

• You’re motivated to develop your HR knowledge and skills on critical HR topics, in the field of learning & development and beyond, in an environment working towards building a sustainable future and aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries. 

• You possess a strong sense of rigour and excellent analytical skills. 

• You are comfortable using Excel and PowerPoint and want to improve your skills.

• You have strong organization and time management skills.

• You love human contact and have strong communication skills. 

• You are service oriented and have team spirit and can-do attitude. 

• You are curious and willing to learn more about both HR and sustainability.

• You communicate effectively in fluent English (both oral and written communication). French would be a big plus.  

• You like to be part of an intercultural team.

• Location: Paris, 75002 - hybrid work scheme (mix of office presence and work from home) 

• Minimum requirements: You must be enrolled at a university / business school (HR studies or relevant) and have a valid “convention de stage”. Priority will be given to students seeking an “end of studies internship / stage de fin d’études”. 

• Start date: September 2025 (if you are available earlier or later, please indicate it during the application process) 

• Duration: 6 months
