Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work with the Marketing Technology and Business Intelligence Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Determine system needs and translate them into business processes, requirements, and solution designs
• Bridge communication between Information Technology, Business Operations, Marketing, and Corporate Support functions
• Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to the organization's mission through effective system solutions

Required Qualifications

• Senior level experience in Information Technology or equivalent educational experience
• Strong experience with project requirements definition and management methodologies
• Proficient in Business Process Modeling practices and techniques
• Knowledge of SQL and Business Intelligence concepts
• Experience with CRM and marketing software is a strong plus
