Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to support Jira and Confluence in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Jira and Confluence, addressing user-reported issues and configurations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver learning content for customer self-sufficiency
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Jira and Confluence systems, ensuring reliability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• 4+ years in IT support and customer engagement
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud and Data Center architectures
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems
