Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Administrator to manage and optimize core technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms
• Assist in launching and administering the Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking portal in Salesforce
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data workflows and provide training for users

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce (preferably NPSP)
• Experience building and managing API integrations
• Strong Salesforce Flow and process automation experience
• Proficiency with tools like Zapier and Apsona
• Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, especially fundraising workflows
