Job Summary

A company is looking for a System Support Developer to join their Technical Services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve Customer Support Cases for utility users of product hardware and software
  • Provide phone and on-site support for Customer Utility systems as needed
  • Document and implement automation opportunities within the Salesforce Case Management Process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in C or Java programming languages
  • Minimum of two years' experience in customer-facing technical support
  • Experience supporting Sensus FlexNet Base station products
