Support Apple customers by providing technical assistance and world-class service as a College Advisor.
Your Role:
Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with customers to provide technical support for Apple products.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Using technical expertise and creativity to meet customer needs.
• Participating in five weeks of full-time paid training during the summer.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Enrollment in a U.S. university through December 2027 or later, pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher.
• A quiet home workspace with ergonomic furniture and a hard-wired internet connection.
• Availability for 20 weekly hours post-training, with flexibility during school breaks.
• A minimum typing speed of 40 WPM and a GPA of 2.7.
• Passion for customer service and technical troubleshooting skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.40 per hour, with most new hires starting at $22.00.
