Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls from clients, providing assistance and diagnosing needs
• Manage 40-50 calls per day, handling difficult customer interactions professionally
• Enter customer information into the CRM system and communicate company policies

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1-year previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Technical setup for a remote workstation, including internet speed compliance
• Prior experience with troubleshooting remote workstations is preferred
