Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
5 years of experience in healthcare billing or collections and client-facing/customer service roles
1-2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
3-5 years of experience with workers' compensation billing and collections preferred
Intermediate understanding of insurance claims processing and strong computer proficiency
