Digital Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Coach to provide support for undergraduate students engaging in public service work-travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate small group support and online discussions for students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Review and provide feedback on students' planning templates and assist with logistics and goal-setting
• Participate in regular check-ins with the Program Manager and submit weekly timesheets

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with undergraduate students in U.S. colleges or universities
• Experience facilitating discussions among diverse student groups
• Comfort using technology and digital tools, with reliable Internet access
• At least 21 years of age prior to the start of employment
• Experience and interest in the public service sector
