Strategic Planning Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Analyst to provide analytical support for budget preparation, development, maintenance, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and compile budget information
• Analyze trends and prepare budget-versus-actual expense variance reports
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses on various projects and support special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Expert proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of GAAP and STAT accounting principles
• Preferred experience in Oracle, Hyperion, Workday, Anaplan, or other ERP software
• Experience in the P&C Insurance industry is a plus
