Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retirement Plan Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to prepare annual reporting and review submitted documents for accuracy
• Utilize administration software for 401(k) testing and reporting, and prepare necessary government filings
• Educate clients on the administration of their 401(k) plans and maintain proactive communication throughout the process

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of 401(k) plan structure and IRS/DOL regulations is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
