Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation plans and ensure solutions are optimized and scalable
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and establish key performance indicators to measure success
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in project/program management or process improvement
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Experience with process mapping and designing operational workflows
  • Certification in project management or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively across functional teams and influence stakeholders
