Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in accounting and/or tax preparation for small businesses
• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Possession of EA, CPA, or other relevant accounting credentials is strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting and tax preparation software such as Quickbooks or Lacerte
• Proven ability to complete small business accounting and tax preparation tasks, including IRS forms and account reconciliations
