Lead tax workstreams for M&A activities, including due diligence and integration
Develop and execute tax-efficient cash repatriation strategies from foreign subsidiaries
Conduct tax research on complex issues and oversee international tax compliance filings
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in corporate tax environments, preferably in Big 4 or Law firms
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Juris Doctor (JD) and/or LL.M. in Taxation strongly desired
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active bar membership
Extensive experience in leading tax aspects of complex M&A transactions
