Monitor and guide the global NOC Team to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Take ownership of improving system and service availability through alerting strategies and response mechanisms
Conduct regular reviews of NOC processes and propose Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational environment
3-5 years of experience in a NOC, Command Center, or similar critical response environment
Strong understanding of IT principles and current practices
Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment, including on-call responsibilities
Desirable: Hands-on experience with on-premises distributed systems or public cloud installations
