Staff Engineer in AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Engineer in Artificial Intelligence to lead the strategic integration of AI across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CIO to define and promote a comprehensive AI strategy and foster a culture of innovation
• Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure, including data pipelines and model deployment frameworks
• Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making across various business functions

Required Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of LLMs, vector embeddings, and related technologies
• 8-10 years of experience in full-stack development is a strong plus
• Proven experience with building applications on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability in implementing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems
