Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Engineer to drive the development of back-end services, data platforms, and AI/ML models.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of key features across multiple lines of business
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers while providing professional training
• Plan effective project delivery by setting clear expectations and delegating tasks

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or a relevant bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience
• Strong experience in back-end, microservice, API-driven, and data platform engineering
• Proficient with AWS services and experience in the credit reporting or banking industry
• Experience mentoring engineers and working with general-purpose programming languages like Go and Python
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models and using ETL/ELT tools
