Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily transaction processing, including loan receivables and general ledger entries
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations and assigned balance sheet account reconciliations
• Support month-end close by reviewing journal entries and analyzing general ledger accounts for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting role with a focus on Accounts Payable
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities with an understanding of cash flow concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Experience with NetSuite preferred but not required
