Key Responsibilities

• Manage the billing process for investment advisory services, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain and update billing systems and collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries
• Prepare billing reports and assist in developing billing policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in billing, operations, or client service within the financial services industry
• Understanding of RIA operations, regulatory requirements, and investment products
• Proficiency in advisor billing software and CRM, particularly Orion and Salesforce
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
