Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Part Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
• Organize and process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
