Job Summary

A company is looking for a SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) Level 3 - DBaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, optimize, and secure SQL Server instances in cloud environments
• Implement automation for deployments, backups, and monitoring
• Provide 24/7 on-call support and mentor junior DBAs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 12+ years of experience as SQL Server DBA, with 4+ years in DBaaS/cloud environments
• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, AWS Certified Database, or equivalent
• Expertise in SQL Server 2012-2022, TSQL, and cloud PaaS
• Proficiency in HA/DR, performance tuning, and scripting (PowerShell/Python)
