Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant (AI / CX) to support pre-sales efforts and collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and Account Managers to identify customer objectives and challenges
  • Assist in building tailored product demonstrations showcasing the value of AI solutions
  • Lead demos and solution walkthroughs, articulating the business value of the AI-powered CX platform
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Customer Experience
  • Familiarity with large CX tools/platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Genesys, or Five9
  • Understanding of enterprise support structures and the role of AI in transformation
  • Comfort engaging with technical and non-technical audiences in a sales context
  • Curiosity about AI applications in real-world CX environments
